Food producer, willing to take percentage of payment in bullion.

I have been a commercial fisherman for just over 40 years, producing Albacore Tuna as a staple food for worldwide consumption. The level of products is vast and sustainable. 

We would like to develop a client base out of the mining industry. For the payment, we will take bullion and fake(Fiet Money) as payment for the service. 

Would you as a business leader take more than 50% of the payment in Bullion?
